Licensed Customs Brokers/Account Managers (Buffalo, NY & Honolulu, HI)

Will manage the customs and logistics business of assigned clients. Requires a Bachelor's degree, U.S. Customs broker's license, and 1-5 years related experience. Must have a working knowledge of U.S. Customs and O.G.A. and be able to manage these services at the ocean and airports. Must also be able to manage related transportation and distribution services. Requires computer skills in IBM AS/400, MS Word and Excel and be able to use email and the Internet.
Freight Broker (Buffalo, NY)
Manage a freight brokerage portfolio (truck and intermodal freight brokerage) providing LTL and TL transportation within and between the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This is a support operation for a related company with large client base and infrastructure resources. New business development is not a primary duty.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years Freight Brokerage experience. Must have purchasing experience in the Logistics Industry. Requires computer skills in IBM AS/400, MS Word and Excel and be able to use email and the Internet.
Release Clerk (Pt. Huron, MI)
Take direction from the Manager and Assistant Manager, or Lead of Release Operations. Process required releases and e manifests for Northern Border Import and Export shipments, following and ensuring that all of Trans Americans proper procedures and policies are followed for all Northern Ports of Entry.
Requires a HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 experience and/or training in the Customs and logistics industry. Requires computer skills in IBM AS/400, MS Word and Excel and be able to use email and the Internet.
Client Service Representatives (Buffalo, NY)
To assist in the execution of the defined daily tasks to ensure that Trans American clients receive a high level of services and maintain our status as “Best of the Best”
Requires general knowledge of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations and Other Government Agency (OGA) regulations, e.g.: FDA, DOT, FCC, FWS, etc. High School Diploma or GED required, however 2 or 4 year college degree desirable.
